Mareesha and I have recently decided to start "running" to help get in shape. Right now the "running" is more accurately described as walking. So far so good! We bought the new Nike Plus system that sync's with our iPod Nano's and tracks each run. We then can upload the data to the Nike Plus website. For the first month I have set a goal to run/walk 25 miles. I'm also in a challenge with a few friends, so this may help keep me motivated. Check my progress with the graphic - it will be updated each time I download a run.
